الملخص
This study presents a comprehensive spatiotemporal assessment of the Rosetta
branch and its intersecting agricultural and municipal drainage outfalls using an
integrated framework of physicochemical, nutrient, microbiological, and molecular
indicators. This study provides one of the first integrated physicochemical,
microbial, and bioinformatic assessments of drainage-driven risks in the Rosetta
branch. Physicochemical analysis revealed that water temperature (27–33°C) was
driven by climatic seasonality and was significantly positively correlated with pH
