Abstract
Traditionalmaterialsused inmechanical structures shouldbeswappedout for lessexpensivealternatives that arebothstrongandsimple toproduce. ABS+,orpoly(acrylonitrile-co-butadiene-co-styrene), isasubstitutematerial usedin3Dprinting.Thequickchanges inmodel sizeandformsduringthe prototypestageandthecomparablyinexpensivecostofnewpartsaremade possibleby3Dprintingtechnology. Inthemarket for3Dprinters, thereare several suppliers of plasticmaterials.AcombinedMCDMtechnique aanalysisofvarianceareusedinthecurrentworktoassesstheFDMprocess's parameters. During the experiment, three process factors—Layer height, extrusion temperature, and printing speed—are considered, and their associated response parameters, ultimate tensile strength, and surface roughness are established. Themultiple-criteria decision-making strategy, which incorporateshybridGRA-TOPSISandANOVA, is employed since therearetworesponsesandtwoobjectives.Theidealparametersdetermined by these statisticalmethodswereanextrusion temperatureof2600c, layer heightof0.2mm,andprintingspeedof60mm/s.Thisstudyconcludesthat theoptimalparametersfor theinvestigatedexperimentaldataareconvergent regardlessofthetwotechniquesused.nd
