of Pelvic rocking exercises on menstrual cramps among Female nursing students Research design:
A quasi-experimental. Setting: Faculty of Nursing, Benha University. Sample: A Purposive sample
consisted of 122 female nursing students at the first academic year (2024/2025) with menstrual
cramps divided randomly into control group compromised (61) female nursing students and study
group compromised (61) female nursing students. Tools of data collection: four tools were utilized
for collecting data; a self-administered questionnaire, numeric pain rating scale, female student’s
knowledge questionnaire, female student’s satisfaction sheet. Results: showed that there highly
statistically significant differences between the study and control groups regarding the intensity of
pain after 4 weeks and after 8 weeks of implementation of pelvic rocking Exercise (p < 0.01), there
was highly statistically significant differences between the study and control groups regarding all
knowledge subscales after 4 weeks and after 8 weeks of implementation of pelvic rocking Exercise (p
< 0.01). and most of female nursing students in study group were satisfied with pelvic rocking
Exercise application.
