الملخص
Gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) capped with citrate were assessed for selective cytotoxicity in HepG2 liver cancer cells compared to normal fibroblasts. AuNPs induced redox reprogramming, affecting TP53, BAX, BCL2, and CASP3 expression, disrupted mitochondrial membrane potential, and enhanced antioxidant defense, leading to apoptosis. These findings suggest potential nanomedicine strategies targeting cancer cell vulnerabilities
