الملخص
Background: As the most common MDR, Acinetobacter
baumannii has become a growing issue in hospitals.Several
mechanisms, such as efflux pumps, which can route antibiotics outward
and stop antibiotics from harming the bacterium, contribute to this
resistance potential.
Methods: Clinical samples were grown on blood agar and MacConkey
agar media, linked using the Gramm stain and biochemical processes,
and also linked to the species position using the automated Vitek2
system. By using traditional PCR, the adeA and adeS genes in isolated
isolates were found. Acinetobacter baumannii's pattern of antibiotic
resistance was evaluated using 50 A.baumannii strains in this study.
Results: Clinical samples were grown on blood agar and MacConkey
agar media, identified using the Gramm stain and biochemical
reactions, and also linked to the species level using the automated
Vitek2 system. The adeA and adeS genes of insulated bacteria were
identified using conventional PCR. This study used 50 different strains
of the bacterium Acinetobacter baumannii to assess the pattern of
antibiotic resistance.
