الملخص

The current study aimed to identify the correlations among between language disorders and motor behavior disorders and each other among a sample of stroke survivors and healthy individuals. And to determine the extent to which language disorders contribute to predicting motor behavior disorders among a sample of healthy, adult stroke survivors. In addition to investigating the differences between them and healthy people in these variables . The study followed the Descriptive correlative comparative Method. The study sample consisted of (100) participants divided into two groups: (50 Survivors of Stroke with an average age of (43,84) years, and a standard deviation of (4,38) years, and (50) healthy adults, as a comparison group. Their average age was (43.72) years, and the standard deviation was (4.22) years, and their ages ranged from (48:18) years. They were evaluated using the Language Comprehension and Production Battery, and The Fugl Motor Behavior Disorders Scale ((FM). The results indicate substantial correlations of varying types (positive - negative) and of varying significance between some components of Fugl motor Behavior disorders scale and some tests of language understanding and production, while others were not correlated to each other, with both stroke of survivors and healthy participants .Sequential multiple regression analysis revealed the contribution language comprehension and production tests in predicting with components of motor behavior disorders among healthy, adult stroke of survivors. Also ,There are statistically significant differences between the two groups on all tests of language comprehension and production in the direction of the healthy group , and that there were Significant differences between them in every component of motor behavior disorders in the direction of those stroke of survivors , which indicates the Effect of stroke affecting the left part of the brain in Impaired of language ,difficult with behavior, and movement.

الملخص

This study aimed to examine and evaluate the extent to which executive functions contribute to predicting motor behavioral frontal lobe syndrome complications in a sample of brain injuries versus healthy people . The study sample reached (90) males, by 45 adults with brain injuries with a mean age of (26,91) years and a standard deviation (4, 52) years, and 45 healthy participants, with a verage of (27,60) years and a standard deviation of (4,68) years. Taking into account the creation of parity between groups in age, educational level and socio-economic level. The executive functions battery was applied by "Delice, Kaplan, and Kramer, and the intelligence of motor behavioral frontal lobe syndrome collisions was prepared by the student. The results of the study revealed that there are fundamental differences between the two study groups" with traumatic brain injuries and healthy people"according to performance. The healthy people was essentially the best in performance. It is followed by patients with brain injuries, and this indicates an increase in the average of healthy people over all executive functions, except for performance on investigating motor behavioral frontal lobe syndrome associates, compared to healthy people .The results of the study also showed that there are statistically significant correlations between some executive functions and motor behavioral frontal lobe groups and between each other in both brain injuries and healthy subjects, and it was also found that motor behavioral frontal lobe complications can be predicted through some executive functions.
